Let Not All Rivers Run Dry in Genshin Impact is one of the quests in The Crystal City in the Gorge’s Depths series. During the quest, you’ll head to some ruins with Thrud and Glinin to investigate the river’s current state. Completing the quest will give you several rewards, including Primogems.

Go to Glinin’s location

After completing the Citadel of the Ancient Fae quest in Genshin Impact, head to Glinin’s location to find him talking to Thrud.

Go to the station bound for the oasis

Head to the station and ride the cart to go to the Teplo Oasis.

Observe the water’s source

Follow the quest navigation and go to the small bridge near the meeting point.

Talk to the surrounding residents of the oasis

Go northeast to find the residents of the oasis looking at the crystal sprouts.

Reach the bottom of the fissure and investigate the mysterious ruins

After talking to the residents, jump into the fissure and head deeper into the ruins.

Follow the quest marker and investigate the lamp crystal. This will spawn a blueprint for the crystal, and you can interact with it to learn it.

Place a lamp crystal construct near the wall.

Find a way to fire the “luminous beam”

Head to the next location and build a lamp crystal. Next, take the crystal and install it in the pedestal to fire a luminous beam. Use the pedestal and aim it at the glowing spot on the Blightkristall.

Follow the flow of the underground river and investigate the terrain

Follow the quest navigation to reach the Crystal-Tree Grotto area. Head to the marked location and talk to Glinin and Thrud.

Enter the crystal tree and interact with the strange platform.

Explore the surrounding ruins and use the lamp crystal to light up the secret message

Head northeast and build a lamp crystal near the wall. Interact with the message and speak with your companions.

Search for the light-focusing pedestal and clear out the black crystals

Dig out the light-focusing pedestal and install a lamp crystal. Next, aim at the crystal to reflect the light towards another pedestal above a ruin.

Go to the place where light is being reflected and direct it towards the crystal near the wall with the secret message. Next, get down and direct the light at the crystal near the ruin entrance.

Head deeper into the ruins and reach the ruins’ hall

Keep following the quest navigation and get to the ruins’ hall.

Investigate the glowing room and defeat the enemies

Go inside the room and build a lamp crystal near the wall. After the cutscene, leave the room and defeat all the enemies.

Use the “luminous beam” to activate the pedestal

Follow the navigation to reach a large ruin with another pedestal puzzle. Start by heading to the first pedestal and aiming at the crystal in the hanging tower.

Go to the next location and obtain the temporary blueprint of the pedestal.
Build a pedestal on the light’s path.
Redirect the light at the crystal.

Keep doing this until you’ve directed the light towards the pedestal in the middle of the ruin.

Defeat the Leshy guarding the pedestal

Finally, return to Novokitezhgrad to complete the Let Not All Rivers Run Dry quest in Genshin Impact. As a reward, you’ll get the following:
