Mercedes Mone showed up on AEW Dynamite this week to confront her rising challenger in the company. The two stars had a rugged encounter on the show that raised the animosity between them. Following the show, the challenger went on to send a wild message to The CEO on social media.
Death Rider Marina Shafir has been targeting Mone and her AEW Women’s World Championship for the past couple of weeks. This week, she faced Rachel Armstrong in a singles match, where she picked up a dominant win. Following the match, Shafir went on to call out The CEO, who confronted her and slapped her multiple times in the ring. However, Marina absorbed all of them and asked for more from Mone.
This led the AEW Women’s World Champion to retreat. Taking to X, Marina Shafir reshared the clip from her interaction with Mercedes. She wrote that the former WWE star can try her best attempt at knocking her out. However, Shafir will take everything because she wants more ruthlessness from The CEO. This message indicated that the Death Rider is determined to dethrone Mone in AEW.
“Lick it, spit on it, maybe even add some elbow grease, i want it better, and i want more,” wrote Shafir.

Mercedes Mone had some bold choice of words for Marina Shafir and Death Riders on AEW Dynamite
Mercedes Mone has been at the top of the world since winning the AEW Women’s World Championship. She has defeated names like Willow Nightingale, Thekla, and Queen Aminata in the past few weeks, which has raised her confidence in AEW. Therefore, she is going up against Marina Shafir with full force.
When she made her entrance on AEW Dynamite this week, Mone quickly went after Shafir and her Death Riders with a sharp choice of words. She claimed that she holds more ruthlessness than Shafir and her faction combined. It made it clear that The CEO has no respect for either Marina or the Death Riders.
“I am Big D Mone, and I have more b*lls than you and your little Death Rider crew combined,” said Mone on AEW Dynamite.
With this message, things have become much more personal between Marina Shafir and Mercedes Mone. Fans are expecting this match to take place at the AEW Full Gear pay-per-view next month. Only time will tell what will happen when these two collide in the squared circle.
