Alex Rodriguez and his girlfriend, Meghan Hayden, dressed as Men in Black agents for Halloween, and Hayden shared the photos to her Instagram Stories. The costume kept to the film franchise’s uniform: white shirt, black tie, black jacket, dark sunglasses.
The first photo showed them in front of a backdrop printed with the “Dr. Hochstein Halloween Ball” logo, with Alex Rodriguez’s arm around her shoulder. He wore a black suit and tie, with a prop firearm in his waistband.

Hayden paired a white shirt and black tie with a black blazer, black shorts, dark tights and black lace-up heels, and held a prop gun in a second image tagged Miami Beach, Florida. The first Story carried a “Happy Halloween” sticker and was set to Will Smith’s “Men in Black.”
Hayden is a strength and conditioning coach who founded the training platform Take Off With Meg and has more than 167,000 Instagram followers. She and Rodriguez were first photographed kissing at Michael Rubin’s White Party in the Hamptons in July, as Page Six reported, and she later shared photos from the World Cup final and from his 51st birthday.

Alex Rodriguez‘s girlfriend, Meghan Hayden, posts a lot of fitness-related content to her Instagram account. On Thursday, she posted a video, offering fans a sneak peek into her leg day workout plan.
“Machine Leg Day. As a functional fitness girlie I don’t hit machines often but when I do, these are my favs. Leg Press. Hip Abduction. Cable Kickbacks. Threw in some good mornings to show the barbell some love. Lets finish out the year strong team,” Meghan Hayden posted.
Leg press and hip abduction load the quads and glutes on fixed machine paths, cable kickbacks isolate the glutes, and good mornings, a barbell hinge, bring in the hamstrings and lower back.
