Jon Moxley has just gone viral on social media after being spotted in an out-of-character situation outside AEW. He had a wholesome moment with one of the fans who came to see him.
Last year, Mox was the biggest antagonist in All Elite Wrestling as he and the Death Riders had a chokehold on the entire company, and the world championship was taken hostage, in a sense. But after their brief downfall, he has been able to build himself up and gain the support of the fans. While he still has the same intense demeanor, his group is no longer labeled as heels.
Jon Moxley recently competed on Warrior Wrestling as he teamed up with Kris Statlander in mixed tag team action. Stat was filling in for Marina Shafir, who was unable to compete that day. Post-match, on his way to the back, Mox stopped to interact with one of his fans. In the video, he even volunteered to have a photo taken with him.
The clip of their interaction can be seen in the post below.
Jon Moxley is set to compete at AEW Full Gear
Jon Moxley and the Death Riders are currently feuding with The Cut, which is the newly formed supergroup featuring members of the Bang Bang Gang and The Dogs. Things have gotten so heated between both groups to the point where a brawl is guaranteed every time they run into one another.
The two factions are set to face off at AEW Full Gear in an Anarchy in the Arena match. If all members of The Cut are to compete, this looks to be a seven-on-seven contest. But the Death Riders are dealing with a major problem: they are at a numbers disadvantage. They two members short, and after the attack on Claudio Castagnoli, there is now a three member discrepancy.
Mox and his crew are willing to take on the numbers disadvantage, but the sheer difference in firepower may force them to look to others for help. The Conglomeration who are also enemies of The Cut look to be a suitable candidate as they are a trio, but they could pull out a surprise and bring in other unexpected names.
