Thanks for the submission!
According to one lawsuit, a minor was s*xually assaulted during a gathering hosted by Hulk Hogan‘s stepson, Hayden Hitt, on March 28. Sky Daily allegedly arranged for alcohol to be available at the party despite knowing that underage guests would be present. At the time, she was attending a Real American Wrestling event.
The plaintiff, identified as Jane B. Doe, alleges that another minor, named John B. Doe in the filing, s*xually assaulted her after she consumed some of a Four Loko drink and began losing consciousness. The lawsuit further claims that Hitt had advertised the gathering in a group chat using an offensive description of the plaintiff (“Free P***y”). It also accuses him of keeping people away from the room during the alleged r*pe.
Jane B. Doe alleges that she managed to recover one condom as potential evidence but claims that Hulk Hogan’s widow disposed of other items, including blood-stained sheets. She is pursuing negligence claims against Daily and Hitt, while also seeking damages from the alleged perpetrator and his parents.
Details of the second lawsuit against Hulk Hogan’s widow Sky Daily
Another lawsuit raises separate accusations involving Hayden Hitt’s alleged treatment of a Jane Doe who had previously lived with him and Sky Daily. According to the complaint, Hitt repeatedly became physically aggressive toward the plaintiff. She also alleges that Daily knew about the incidents but encouraged her to forgive her son rather than take action.
Jane Doe reportedly contacted Daily after one alleged altercation, claiming Hitt had shoved her into a clothes rack. Hulk Hogan’s widow allegedly responded by suggesting that they discuss the situation the following morning. The plaintiff further claims she was forced out of the residence after contacting the police, with her belongings left outside. She is seeking damages over the alleged abuse and emotional distress.
Interestingly, Jane Doe tried to press charges, but she says the Clearwater Police Department closed the case due to Sky’s alleged ties to the Church of Scientology. With the situation still developing, stay tuned to Sportskeeda for updates as they come.
